Sabrina Chen Peiqi

Sabrina Chen PeiQi is a Technical Service Specialist and Food Technologist at Kemin Industries since April 2022, providing technical services for the company. Prior to this role, Sabrina worked as a Beverage Specialist at Crown Digital IO, offering customized beverage solutions for a robotic barista. At Nestlé, experience includes serving as a Product Developer, where contributions to the MILO brand involved innovating recipes and coordinating R&D activities, as well as developing the first plant-based MILO powder for the Australia and New Zealand markets. Earlier experience includes an internship at Nestlé focusing on product development and troubleshooting, a role as a Laboratory Assistant at NamZ - Earthnatural Pte. Ltd. working on food and cosmetic product R&D, and an internship at the Singapore Food Agency identifying GMOs in food samples. Sabrina holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma (Merit) in Food Science and Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
