Carl Bristow

Carl Bristow is an experienced professional with an extensive background in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Excellence at Kemira since June 1999. In addition to overseeing energy efficiency initiatives for M&I EMEA, Carl has held various leadership roles, including UK Cluster Manager and Global Innovation Community Leader. Prior to Kemira, Carl worked at FCF Foods in roles such as Plant Manager and Engineering Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Management from Leeds Beckett University and a Level Two FA Coaching Football degree. Carl has also pursued multiple certifications in safety and engineering from various institutions.
