Lars Gerhardt

Lars Gerhardt has extensive experience in product management and sales within the chemical industry, particularly focused on water treatment and oil mining sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Line Management for Polymers, Industrial & Water and previously as the Director of Product Management for Oil & Mining at Kemira since 2005, Lars has successfully managed global product lines. Prior to this, Lars held positions such as Product Manager for EMEA & APAC and Sales/Product Manager following Kemira's acquisition of Cytec Industries. Lars's earlier career includes roles as Sales and Key Account Manager at Cytec from 1997 to 2005, and various sales and market startup positions at Kemira from 1982 to 1997, emphasizing technical training and market support in the Nordic countries.
