MacIej Bieck

Maciej Bieck is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in sourcing and operations management. Currently serving as the Logistics Sourcing and Operations Manager at Kemira since July 2014, Maciej specializes in logistics equipment sourcing and vendor management. Previous roles include Logistics Operation Team Manager, Manager of Logistic Operations for EMEA, and Team Leader in logistics, demonstrating a consistent progression in responsibility within the logistics sector. Prior to Kemira, Maciej worked at PPT PKS Gdańsk-Oliwa SA as a Coordinator and Freight Forwarder, and at Baltycki Terminal Drobnicowy Gdynia Sp. z o.o. as an Ekspedytor. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Transport from Akademia Morska w Gdyni, and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Coaching with psychology elements at Uniwersytet SWPS, expected to be completed in March 2026.
