Maja Paradecka

Maja Paradecka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent and culture development, currently serving as Sr Manager, Talent & Culture Development at Kemira since May 2013. Maja has held several managerial roles at Kemira, evolving from HR Manager to Sr Manager, Talent Development. Prior experience includes positions as HR Specialist at Arla Foods and AIG Bank, as well as HR Generalist at Danfoss. Maja holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Maritime Academy Gdynia, postgraduate studies in Payroll and Administration from Gdańsk University of Technology, and a certificate from a coaching course at Needs-Based Coaching Institute, currently in progress.
