Amy Hand

Amy Hand currently serves as the Director of Decision Science at Kemper, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Bain & Company from June 2019 to May 2025, advancing through various positions including Expert Manager, Manager, and Advanced Analytics Specialist. Between September 2012 and March 2018, Amy was the Manager of Business Analysis and a Senior Marketing Analyst at IM Solutions (IMS). Earlier career experiences include a role as a Marketing Analyst at One Technologies from October 2010 to September 2012. Amy holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Institute for Advanced Analytics (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math from Southern Methodist University (2006-2010).
