Charles T. Brooks

Charles T Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charles T started their career in the US Army as a Captain from 1988 to 1996. Following that, they worked at Accenture as a Partner from 1997 to 2003. Charles T then joined Travelers as the SVP of Operations and CIO from 2003 to 2009. After that, they worked at Aetna as the Head of Member and Plan Sponsor Services from 2009 to 2011. Brooks then served as the Global Operations Officer at Chubb from 2011 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Officer and EVP of Operations at Kemper, starting in 2016. Additionally, they serve as the Director of the Sedgwick Board since 2021.

Charles T Brooks has an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
