Corey Rivera

Corey Rivera is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in claims management. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Manager at Kemper since July 2021, Corey has previously held multiple managerial roles at Fred Loya Insurance Agency from February 2014 to July 2021, including Level 3 Bodily Injury Manager and Claims Litigation Adjuster. Corey's extensive experience includes overseeing claims processes, directing teams of adjusters, and resolving escalated customer issues. Prior to the insurance industry, Corey worked as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate and USAA, a Mathematics Teacher at NEISD, and a Field Engineer at Halliburton. Corey holds an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
