Eric Simmons

Eric Simmons, MBA, AIC, WCCA, possesses extensive experience in the insurance and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Cumberland Youth and Family Services since December 2022, Eric also holds the position of Senior Manager in Claims Subrogation/Arbitration at Kemper, where employment has continued since July 2020. Previous roles include Casualty Claims Manager at American Family Insurance, Compliance Specialist at CopperPoint/SCF Arizona, and Division Manager at Ameriprise Auto and Home Insurance, among others. Eric's educational background includes an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Criminal Justice from UC Irvine.
