Jeff Horne

Jeff Horne has over 28 years of experience in the IT and software development fields. Currently serving as an IT Manager and Lead Application Developer at Kemper since April 2021, Jeff previously held the role of Lead Application Developer at American Access Casualty Company from June 2014 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Jeff was a Senior Software Engineer at The TriZetto Group from March 1995 to June 2014. Jeff Horne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Purdue University between 1982 and 1986.
