Jeffery Rowland

Jeffery Rowland currently serves as the Director of Third-Party Risk Management at Kemper since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rowland held various senior positions at H-E-B, overseeing audits, and served as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, where Rowland taught a six-course curriculum to Masters-level students with an 80% satisfaction rate. Rowland dedicated 18 years at USAA, progressing through multiple Vice President roles in IT GRC, IT Security Audit Services, Risk Management, and Enterprise Operations & Risk Audit Services, focusing on risk assessment, compliance, and audit operations. Before USAA, Rowland gained experience at Ernst & Young and Systems Resources Consulting. Rowland holds a BBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business.
