Karly Carson

Karly Carson is a Communications Specialist with extensive experience in internal communications and content creation. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist II at Kemper since September 2025, Karly drafts and posts internal communications and assists with weekly newsletter curation. Previously, as Senior Specialist at Adtalem Global Education, Karly facilitated the transition to a new colleague intranet and managed recognition initiatives. Karly has also worked at Barry Callebaut Group, where responsibilities included creating content aligned with corporate strategies and supporting CEO communications. Additional experience spans roles in editing, administrative support, and social media management across various organizations. Karly holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
