Christal M.M. Mickle

Christal M.M. Mickle is the Chief Product Development Officer & Co-Founder, as well as a Co-Founder at KemPharm. Christal has over fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to joining KemPharm, Christal served as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at New River Pharmaceuticals. While at New River Pharmaceuticals, Christal was responsible for the research and development of new products, as well as overseeing the production process. Christal also interned at Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant, where they gained valuable experience in the food and beverage industry. Christal's experience and expertise have been instrumental in the success of KemPharm.

Christal Mickle received a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. Christal also holds a B.A. and B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.

Christal M.M. Mickle works with Sven Guenther - Executive Vice President, Research and Development, Timothy Sangiovanni - Vice President, Corporate Controller, and R.
