Mats Mattsson

Mats Mattsson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Senior R&D Manager at Kempower, Mats oversees two cloud software teams developing the ChargEye charging station management system. As the Founder and CEO of Hedias Oy, Mats has streamlined heat pump sales through innovative solutions. Past roles include Head of Software Business at Integral Oy, where strategic initiatives for the Intu SaaS ERP were led, and Head of Professional Services Nordics at Questback, managing consultancy strategies across the Nordics. Mats began the career as a Software Developer at Ericsson Oy and has held various positions in project management and development at Agenteq Solutions Oy for a decade. Mats holds a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
