Joanna Clark

Joanna Clark has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Joanna is currently serving as the VP Global HR at Kemppi since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at Lumene from November 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining Lumene, Joanna held various positions at Metso from 2007 to 2019, including Vice President HR for Minerals Services BA, Vice President HR for Support Functions and Performance Services, VP of Human Resources for Metso Automation Services, HR Director for Flow Control, and Manager of SAP HR.

Joanna began their career at Bloomberg L.P. in 2000 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for HR issues for Global Data and Finance Administration departments across EMEA. Joanna worked in this role until December 2006.

Joanna Clark pursued their undergraduate education from 1996 to 2000 at the University of Birmingham. Joanna successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours, specializing in Russian.
