Brand Manager at Kemppi

Minna Lappalainen has a comprehensive work experience history in various marketing and communications roles. Minna started their career as a marketing assistant in private banking, where they handled corporate identity, brand management, and press releases for Ane Gyllenberg Oy. During this time, they also successfully launched an internal newsletter called "Gyltsi."

Minna then joined Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks as an event marketing manager, where they were responsible for planning and managing large-scale events with thousands of attendees. Minna also served as a marketing communications manager for the Professional Services/Operations Support Systems (OSS) business unit at Nokia, overseeing marketing materials production, internal communications, and brand management.

Lappalainen later worked as a senior manager at Nokia, leading global event projects and developing event strategies, guidelines, and digital channels. Minna also gained experience in marketing communications project management at Schneider Electric, where they planned and executed campaigns in digital, physical, and print environments.

Their next role was at KONE, where they initially served as a marketing manager in the Global Marketing Communications team, contributing to the company's brand awareness and growth initiatives. Later, they became a brand experience manager, responsible for planning and delivering engaging brand experiences through showrooms, events, and office environments.

Most recently, Lappalainen obtained the role of brand manager at Kemppi, where they are responsible for managing the Kemppi brand and developing marketing and communications strategies on a global level. This includes creating marketing campaigns, delivering content through various channels, and ensuring consistent communications across different platforms.

Throughout their career, Lappalainen has demonstrated their expertise in brand management, marketing communications, event planning, and project management, enabling their to make valuable contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Minna Lappalainen completed their Diploma in Marketing Communications and Advertising (MAT) at Markkinointi-instituutti in 1994. Minna then pursued their Master of Project Management (MPM) degree at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan until 2009. In 2016, Minna enrolled in Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences to study Development of Digital Business, focusing on digital and social media marketing, videos, and e-commerce. Concurrently, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Business Administration at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, completing it in 2018.
