Madhava Ram Paranandi

Madhav has over 14 years of experience in process development and scale-up of several biologicals including monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, clotting factors and interferons. Prior to joining Kemwell in 2014, Madhav worked at Centocor, Biogen Idec, USA and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, India where he was responsible for the delivery of cell culture process development and scale-up projects for both NBEs and biosimilars. He has successfully led multiple product teams, supported regulatory filings, and served as technical lead for technology transfers within and across sites. He is a co-inventor on three patent applications related to modulation of glycosylation in monoclonal antibodies. Madhav has a Masters degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering.
