Shafida Hermy Halamy, (PMP)® DTM, has extensive experience in IT and project management roles at various companies such as Kenanga Group, Standard Chartered Bank, T-Systems International GmbH, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard. Shafida has a strong background in technical writing, customer service, systems administration, and application management. Shafida holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from University Putra Malaysia, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Computer Science from University Technology Mara (UiTM).
