Monz Fiorentini

Monz Fiorentini is a seasoned HR and Talent professional who has been in the industry since 1999. From 2005 to 2020, they held various roles in the HR and Talent space, including Supervising HR Analyst at the Administrative Office of the Courts, HR & Operations Manager at Healthy Pets Veterinary Hospital, Head of Global People Operations at Swrve, HR, Talent, and Operations Consultant at Food Shelter PR & The Health Federation of Philadelphia, Global Talent Consultant at Self Employed, Startup Mentor at Hatch CoLab, Startup Coach at European Innovation Council (EIC), and Craft Brewery Ambassador at A.M.O. Brewery. Most recently, they have been the Chief People Officer and Head of People at kencko, a certified B-Corp technology company that works to accelerate the global transition to healthier, more plant-based diets through education, services and products. In these roles, Monz has been responsible for all HR items, recruitment, and ensuring an engaging kencko-er experience. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for creating and leading organizational development and workforce planning teams, managing up to 10 employees, designing and delivering training on multiple Talent topics, conducting business analysis to implement new HRIS modules and an Enterprise Resource Planning system, producing content, developing strategic/operational plans, conceptualizing and implementing an employer branding strategy, handling fullcycle recruitments for up to 65 positions, and designing and orchestrating annual companywide meetings for 1200 employees.

Monz Fiorentini obtained a B.A. in English and Literature from San Francisco State University. In 2010, they completed all coursework to become a Certified Institute of Court Management Trainer at the National Center for State Courts. The following year, they completed all coursework to become a Certified Court Executive at the Institute of Court Management. In July 2020, they obtained a certification from Yellowbrick Hospitality and Tourism Industry Essentials in NYU Hospitality and Tourism Industry Essentials.
