Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Patrick is currently working as the Director of Real Estate Operations at Kenco Group, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Groupon, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Global Real Estate and Head of Global Real Estate.

Before joining Groupon, Patrick worked at Axiom Advisory Group as an Advisor, where they provided real estate solutions aligned with client initiatives. Patrick worked at Axiom from February 2017 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Associate at Paine Wetzel Associates, Inc., where they advised clients on global real estate strategy and managed real estate projects around the world. Patrick was with Paine Wetzel Associates from May 2013 to February 2017.

Patrick's career started at Groupon, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive and later as an International Account Executive. Patrick was responsible for kick-starting the Groupon campaign in Alberta, Canada, and growing the market into a top revenue-producing unit. Patrick joined Groupon in June 2010 and left in May 2013.

Before joining Groupon, Patrick worked as an Associate at Paine Wetzel ONCOR International, where they dealt with industrial real estate in the Greater Chicago area. Patrick handled leasing, acquisition, disposition, and investment of real estate. Patrick worked at Paine Wetzel ONCOR International from September 2008 to May 2010.

Patrick Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
