Randy Duffy

Randy Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and package operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at Kenco Group since June 2023, Randy previously spent over two decades at UPS, where roles included Package Operations Division Manager and Health & Safety Operations Manager. In these positions, Randy was responsible for planning schedules, reviewing processes, and driving efficiency across various regions. Additionally, as a Package Operations On Road Supervisor, Randy developed action plans to achieve targeted performance levels for teams. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Colorado State University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
