Howard Smith

Howard Smith retired from his position as Superintendent of Schools for the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns in 2013. He has a PhD from Columbia University and served as an educator in various capacities for 36 years. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of the Tarrytowns and the Southern Westchester Chief School Administrators association. He currently consults for an architectural firm specializing in school construction and serves as a graduate student advisor at Bank Street College.
