Wanda Whitted-Smith

Wanda Whitted-Smith is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kendal. Wanda has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Kendal for four years. Prior to joining Kendal, Ms. Whitted-Smith served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP from October 2001 to December 2013, where they were responsible for human resources strategic planning, benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll. Ms. Whitted-Smith also served as the National Director of Human Resources at Schnader from October 2000 to August 2001, where they created and implemented the first national human resources department for a law firm with multiple offices nationally. Ms. Whitted-Smith received their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and their Master’s degree in Human Resources from Villanova University.

Wanda Whitted-Smith received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

They are on a team with Frank Mandy - VP, Development, Tom Hunt - Security Analyst, and Amy Harrison - CFO. and Marsha A. Perry - VP, HR reports to Wanda Whitted-Smith. Wanda Whitted-Smith reports to Sean M. Kelly, President & CEO.
