Richard Matysik

Richard Matysik is an experienced automation and engineering professional with a diverse background in engineering management and power transmission. Currently serving as an Automation Engineer at Kendall Electric since November 2021, Richard previously worked as a Power Transmission Consulting Engineer at Rumsey Electric Co. from May 2016 to November 2021, supporting sales and customer service initiatives. As General Manager of R&D Engineering at Pride Mobility Products Corporation from October 2014 to May 2016, Richard oversaw a 40-person team and implemented new project management systems. Additional roles include Sales Engineer at Transmission Engineering, Manager of Boiler Auxiliary Engineering at Alstom Power, and Director of Engineering at Geneco Services, with a focus on product development and project management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 1999.
