Jeff Anderson, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff is currently serving as the President of KENDELL, a leading provider of value-added solutions in door openings, door hardware, and related access control products. In this role, Jeff oversees the company's operations across multiple locations in the United States. Prior to their current position, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Renovation Systems, where they were responsible for the organization's interior construction services for the multi-family, single-family, and commercial industries. Before joining Renovation Systems, Jeff worked as the Director of Operations at Shelter Corporation, where they managed the operational functions of the company's property management business. Earlier in their career, they held various progressive roles at Sleep Number Corporation. Jeff's professional journey started at Southside Family School, where they worked as an Assistant Teacher. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in operations, sales, customer service, and budgeting.

Jeff Anderson, MBA, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Afterward, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hamline University to further their knowledge in the field of Education. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on General Management and Finance.
