Colleen Wilson

Colleen Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Colleen began their career in 1996 as a District Manager at L Brands, where they specialized in home fragrance and bath/body gifts/products. In 2006, they transitioned to Anthropologie, initially serving as a District Manager and later as a Senior District Manager and Regional Director Western. During their time at Anthropologie, they focused on improving sales, profitability, customer engagement, and employee morale. In 2017, Colleen joined Kate and Grey Consulting as a Strategic Advisor, providing branding, product positioning, and sales operations guidance to underperforming and growing companies. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Retail and Wholesale at Kendra Scott, leading the retail division and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
