Emily Johanns Dougherty

Emily Johanns Dougherty has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and Experience at Kendra Scott since September 2016. Previous roles at Kendra Scott include Area Manager, Store Manager, and District Manager. Emily has also worked as a Professional Organizer since June 2014 and held the position of Store Manager at Everything But Water for a brief period in 2016. Prior experience includes Tasting Room Manager at Breaux Vineyards, Ltd., and various managerial roles at ALDO Group and EXPRESS. Emily's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Consumers Energy. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from DePaul University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
