Kiana Serna

Kiana Serna has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Retail Store Manager at Kendra Scott since September 2019, where responsibilities include management of a team and event coordination as West Coast District Event Champion. Prior to this, Kiana held various positions at Nordstrom, including Department Manager and Assistant Department Manager from November 2015 to March 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Parks Ambassador for Downtown Seattle Association and Student Marketing and City Outreach Coordinator at Seattle University Office of Undergraduate Admissions, establishing community partnerships. Kiana has also contributed as a Redhawk Ambassador at Seattle University and interned at Forterra, focusing on community outreach and event coordination. Kiana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Public Affairs, from Seattle University.
