Rachel High

Rachel High has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Rachel started their career as a Legal Researcher at SECTION27, incorporating the AIDS Law Project in 2011. Rachel then worked as a Summer Associate at Hirschler Fleischer in 2012. After that, they joined Cooley LLP as an Associate from 2013 to 2016. Following their time at Cooley LLP, they became an Associate at Kastner Gravelle LLP from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on corporate and securities law, representing emerging growth companies. Most recently, Rachel has been working at Kendra Scott since 2018, initially as a Director, Corporate Counsel and currently as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel. In this role, they advise on various legal matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, HR/employment law, privacy, litigation, and general business matters, while also improving processes and providing training to mitigate risks.

Rachel High graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. Rachel then attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where they graduated with a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in 2013.
