Jennifer Sprout is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Manager, HR Business Partner for Kennametal, Jennifer leads the HR team to align initiatives with organizational goals. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Human Resources Manager at CpK Interior Products, overseeing employee engagement and operational efficiency for a workforce of over 450. Earlier career highlights include enhancing communication strategies at MHI Canada Aerospace, Inc. as an Employee Engagement and Communications Specialist, and executing impactful public relations campaigns at Ail Insurance Co. Jennifer's leadership experience also encompasses serving as Vice President of Events and Membership Development at Green Roofs for Healthy Cities and as the Director of Protocol and Special Events Office at the City of Toronto. Educational credentials include an Executive Education certification from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Western University.
