Joe Stepusin

Joe Stepusin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Kennametal, where Joe has held various management and engineering roles since 1993. Currently serving as Plant Manager, Joe is responsible for leading the Manufacturing Team focused on enhancing efficiency in carbide powder production. Previously, Joe was a Manufacturing Manager and Quality Manager, overseeing quality departments and leading a manufacturing and chemical lab. Joe's career began as a Quality Technician, performing metallurgical testing and operating sintering furnaces. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Barton College and an Associate of Arts from Louisburg College.
