Kui Su

Kui Su is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and manufacturing management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Kennametal since January 2012. In this role, Kui Su has been pivotal in process quality improvement, new product launches, and equipment readiness, while also being part of various core teams focused on excellence and competency in surface treatment and edge preparation. Prior roles include Senior Engineer/Site Program Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Kennametal, as well as a Process Engineer at NXP after the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor. With educational credentials including a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Tianjin University and Tianjin University of Technology, respectively, Kui Su combines technical expertise with strong program management skills.
