Magnolia Indira Bernhard, Esq., MBA, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and ethics. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel and Global Director of Compliance at Kennametal since January 2022, Magnolia plays a critical role in shaping trade compliance operations and oversees environmental, health, safety, and real estate functions. Prior to this, Magnolia worked at Essity as Compliance Officer & Counsel for the Americas, where strategic partnerships with senior leadership were established to drive compliance across multiple regions. Additional experience includes positions at Zimmer Biomet, DuPont, and Tyco International, focusing on global compliance programs and trade regulations. Magnolia holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, an MBA from Rutgers Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from The City College of New York.
