Manu Kidave

Manu Kidave serves as the HR Head for Kennametal India Ltd since April 2015, overseeing all Human Resource functions across various departments including Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT. Prior to this, Manu held multiple roles at SKF India Ltd from January 2006 to April 2015, including General Manager of Human Resource for the Two Wheeler Business Unit, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to foster a learning organization, enhancing performance, and managing industrial relations. Additionally, Manu led Learning & Development initiatives and was the HR Head for the Industrial OEM & After Market Business Unit. Earlier career experience includes various HR positions at Siemens Ltd from October 1995 to January 2006. Manu holds an MHRDM in Human Resources from SVKM's NMIMS, along with diplomas in Marketing Management and Advertising & Public Relations, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
