Mike McGarvey

Mike McGarvey is an accomplished professional in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Global EHS Manager for Technology and Industrial Hygiene at Kennametal since September 2019, McGarvey has previously held prominent roles such as Senior Industrial Hygienist at Arconic Technology Center, Senior Process Leader and Staff Industrial Hygienist at Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions, and Industrial Hygienist/Radiation Safety Officer at Philotechnics. McGarvey began the career as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant and Industrial Hygiene Technician at Richard A. Bui & Associates and the Industrial Health Foundation, respectively. McGarvey earned a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2005 and 2007.
