Rosemberg Araujo is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and consulting. Currently serving as Kennametal's Shareholders Attorney-in-fact and Head of Brazil Finance since March 2017, Rosemberg has previously owned RSA Consulting and held prominent finance roles at Beadell Brasil Ltda, Rio Novo Mineracao Ltda, and Mineracao Amapari, among others. With a solid foundation in accounting, beginning with a degree from Universidade Augusto Motta and further education at FGV, Rosemberg has built expertise in financial policies, budgeting, and risk assessment, along with significant experience in negotiating large project financing and debt restructuring.
