Pralok Chhajed has a diverse work experience. Pralok worked as the COO at Kennect, where they focused on leveraging sales compensation plans to drive top-line growth and increase sales team motivation. Prior to that, they served as the Director and co-founder of Medstudio, a role that involved leadership and co-founding responsibilities. Pralok also worked as a Bioinformatics Engineer at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, utilizing their skills in bioinformatics. Pralok Chhajed began their professional career as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University, specifically in the Antimicrobial Discovery Center.
