Sander van Muijen

Sander van Muijen is an experienced consultant and executive coach, currently serving as the Owner of Higher Purpose Consulting and a Partner at KennedyFitch since July 2021. With extensive expertise in business transformations, management consulting, and leadership development, Sander also holds the position of core lecturer for the Masterclass 'Change Management' at Nyenrode Business University. As Chair of the Managing Directors group and HR Directors Global group for EGN Nederland, Sander facilitates collaboration among executives. Previous roles include Executive Director and Global Head of Leadership Trainers at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Manager of Organisational Effectiveness at Shell, and Senior Manager at Accenture, among others.
