Ben Schryber

Ben Schryber is the current Partner and Head of Business Development at Kennedy Lewis Investment Management. Prior to joining Kennedy Lewis, Ben served as Managing Director at The Carlyle Group where they led credit sales and business development globally.

Before their time at The Carlyle Group, Ben was the Global Head of Credit at First Avenue Partners LLP. During their time at First Avenue, the firm won International Credit Placement Agent of the Year and finished as the runner up for US Credit Placement Agent of the Year in 2014 (PDI).

Ben has been quoted in Private Equity International and is a key note speaker at various events including Capital Creation (Europe) 2014, Private Credit US (Chicago) 2015, PDI Asia (Hong Kong) 2015, and Private Credit Singapore 2015.

In order to become a financial analyst, Ben Schryber first attended the University of Cambridge. Ben then transferred to Hamilton College where they studied economics. Afterwards, they completed an exchange program through Wharton at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Finally, they attended the University of Florida and obtained a certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7.
