Ilse Baijens

Ilse Baijens is an attorney-at-law specializing in Employment and Privacy law with extensive experience since December 2016. Currently, Baijens serves at Kennedy Van der Laan, having held the role since July 2021. A temporary secondment as Employment legal counsel at Nike occurred from April to June 2023. Prior to this, Baijens practiced at Bronsgeest Deur Advocaten and was an associate at Ius Laboris. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Utrecht University and ongoing education at Grotius Academie.
