Ivo Bruijn

Ivo Bruijn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR-directeur at Kennedy Van der Laan since May 2023 and as eigenaar at Flot Advies & Coaching since February 2021, providing organizational and individual coaching. With a robust background in HR management, Bruijn held several leadership positions, including Head of HR at Credit Europe Bank N.V. and InsingerGilissen Bankiers N.V. Additionally, Bruijn contributed as a member of the workfield committee for the HRM Master at NCOI Groep and has extensive experience in areas such as organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership coaching, gained during tenures at De Nederlandsche Bank and Commonwealth Bank. An alumnus of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, holding a master’s degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, Bruijn has also pursued various professional development opportunities in coaching and management consultancy.
