Kendrick Askew

Kendrick Askew is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investments and multifamily acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at Kennedy Wilson since July 2016, Kendrick co-leads Multifamily Acquisitions and Dispositions. Prior experience includes Vice President of Investments at Pacific Urban Residential, where over $475 million in multifamily investments were acquired for various equity sources, and founding KRA Investments, Inc., a commercial real estate advisory firm focused on distressed debt. Kendrick's career began at Voit Real Estate Services, where a specialization in Development and Investment Product and a role in co-founding the Distressed Asset Specialist Team were pivotal. An internship at CB Richard Ellis provided an early foundation in real estate. Kendrick holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
