Jamie Kolkey Pe (Harlan)

Jamie (Harlan) Kolkey, PE has extensive work experience in the engineering field.

From 2006 to 2008, Jamie worked as an intern at Technicon Engineering Services Inc., gaining experience in field testing and lab work.

In 2008, they joined MNS Engineers as an Engineering Intern.

From 2010 to 2012, Jamie served as an Assistant Engineer at MNS Engineers, primarily based in the Buellton office, where they worked on site and grading plans, construction plan sets, and project specifications.

In 2015, Jamie worked as an Engineer II at KEH & Associates.

Jamie joined Kennedy Jenks Consultants in 2016 and held various positions, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President and California Operations Manager. They are currently in the role of Vice President and California Operations Manager, a position they have held since May 2022.

Jamie (Harlan) Kolkey, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA. This degree was earned between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Kolkey received a certification as a Professional Engineer in 2014 from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
