Jean Debroux

Jean serves as Kennedy Jenks’ Chief Technical Officer, Water Business Unit Director and Director of the Advanced Technology Group.

Although he helps direct the firm’s strategic offerings to clients, he enjoys staying engaged with clients and projects, and finding solutions with his colleagues at Kennedy Jenks.

In addition to his significant leadership roles, Debroux currently serves as a water quality report expert, research scientist, design engineer, project manager and company resource for emerging contaminant issues. His experience includes expertise in water treatment and water reuse issues, he is a former Committee member of the WateReuse Foundation. He holds a doctorate in civil engineering and a Master of Science in environmental engineering.
