Jose Cuevas

Jose Cuevas is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in design, project management, and coordination across various high-profile projects. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Civil Engineer II at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants since May 2021, Jose previously held the position of Principal Civil Engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering for over 22 years, where significant contributions included managing the international design for Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris and overseeing the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge project at Disneyland Resort in California. Earlier experience includes roles at the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County and involvement in various civil engineering positions related to major Disney projects. Jose holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures from California State University, Northridge.
