Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper currently serves as the Head of HR at Kennedys, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP from March 2019 to January 2023, including Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. Emma's earlier experience includes roles at Berwin Leighton Paisner from June 2014 to March 2018, where titles ranged from Senior HR Advisor to Graduate Recruitment and Development Assistant, and a position as Group HR Assistant at Leo Burnett from July 2013 to June 2014. Emma is academically qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of York (2010-2013) and a Master of Science in CIPD Advanced Level 7, Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London (2015-2017). Education was completed at Nonsuch High School for Girls from 2003 to 2010.
