Chinasa Elue

Chinasa Elue, Ph.D., ACC, is the Co-Founder of True Titans Consulting Group, a professional development and coaching firm established in 2015, focused on leadership development and employee support in diverse workplaces. In addition to consulting, Elue serves as an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at Kennesaw State University since 2016, where significant contributions include establishing a Research Lab for the Study of Emotional Intelligence, facilitating positive organizational change, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Elue's previous academic roles include Assistant Professor at Kent State University and research positions at Clemson University and the University Council for Educational Administration. Elue holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
