Jeffrey Costa

Jeffrey Costa is an experienced management professional currently serving as an Instructor of Management and Career Coach at Kennesaw State University since May 2023. Previously, Costa held the position of Director at American Expediting Company, overseeing the integration of Apple Courier and Logistics into the company while reporting directly to the CEO. As the Owner of Apple Courier and Logistics for over 14 years, Costa led a major logistics service provider in Atlanta, managing over 180 employees and servicing hundreds of customers daily. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where responsibilities entailed global customer profitability analysis and financial reporting, and serving as CFO for a UPS business unit. Earlier roles at UPS included various finance and operations positions, where Costa contributed to significant financial and operational leadership. Costa holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University.
