Rami Abdul-Hadi

Rami Abdul-Hadi currently serves as the Executive Director of Technical Support Services at Kennesaw State University, overseeing centralized management of devices, audiovisual support, incident resolution, and onsite technical assistance since December 2022. Previously, Rami held the position of Director of IT Support Services at FOCUS Brands for over seven years, leading teams in the support of various retail IT platforms and implementing key service management processes. Rami's earlier roles at Kennesaw State University included Assistant Director of UITS Customer Support Services and Service Desk Manager, focusing on the management of high-volume IT service desks. Rami's career began as a Business Technology Consultant at Best Buy, followed by a Network Engineer role at Global Telecom Solutions. Rami holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Information Technology at Kennesaw State University.
