Ryan Packard

Ryan Packard currently serves as the Director of International Student and Scholar Services at Kennesaw State University since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions at Clayton State University, including Director of Recruiting and International Programs and Director of International Programs, where responsibilities included compliance and reporting for SEVIS, academic advising, and OPT authorization. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles at North Seattle College, such as Executive Director of International Programs, where oversight of admissions and immigration requirements was key, as well as positions at Global Partners and ELS Language Centers focusing on international education and ESL curriculum development. Ryan holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in TESOL and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, both from Seattle University.
